Once again Les Schwab saved my butt. My alternator went out and I was stuck alongside the road on my vacation. I needed a battery to get into town so I could get a new alternator. They brought me one and instaled it for me. Then he escorted me to their office. They let me park my car at their place of business over night and let me put a new alternator in. Took 2 1/2 hours to get snow tires changed over and was twice the price. Used to be $50.00 to change tires over which was a wonderful service to the community and made people feel their safety was important. Was deeply disappointed that I was informed it was inflation. With the gas prices being so high it would have been nice to see one thing stay the same.

AJ at coos bay Les Schwab had 13 minutes before they closed to tap my lug nuts so I could go home with my car and not leave it over night, and he got the job done in 11!! awesome service 👍🏼

I’ve been buying tires here for a few years. I am a difficult person, I am not nice. The staff here all know my name and treat me as if I am the same as everyone else. Not only do I buy tires here but I bring in the most beat up bent junk to get aligned. I leave it for the day because I know it’s not any easy job. Perfect every time. If I forget to make my payments they just call and say Hi did you forget about your bill ? I like these people and have been running Maxxis and Toyo ever since I started going here.
