PLEASE READ IN DETAIL: THIS IS FOR THE NORTH ROAD APARTMENTS ACROSS FROM HERE. The landlord joe is completely disrespectful, singles out his tenants. They are not allowed to play music past volume 5, not allowed to talk on their phones in the hallways while leaving or coming, not allowed to make any noise being that the walls have no padding inside so there super hollow. Can’t have company, or he’s singles them out. Pays $650 plus electric to not be able to do anything at your own freedom. Do not I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS unless you want everything you do as a person held over your head and you want to be threatened that you’ll be kicked out of your place because you’re doing something the landlord doesn’t like. Would rather rent from underneath the summit bridge.

Horrible place to live. Nothing is ever fixed correctly and then ends up breaking again with weeks. they say they check people out before they move in. Impossible if you saw some of the people who live there. The grass never looks cut even after they mow it. They trim the shrubbery once a year. Outside looks horrible and garbage all over.

I have lived here twice in my life, the first time being in the two bedroom apartments and the second (and current time) in the town houses. Both times I have little to complain about and a lot to be happy about. The price is easily a great deal when you realize how central the place is. Dentists, doctors, barbers and a variety of food options are really close. You could walk to the East Wood mall in under 30 minutes if you had to (do not recommend it since there are no side walks along North Rd.). The front office has been easy to work with and I've never had to wait a long time to hear back from a maintenance call. Granted, I'm a handyman and small fixes are something I do personally without thinking it's nice to have the option there. Not a big fan of the car ports however, I've seen more than one person scrape their car along one of the poles.

Horrible HORRIBLE managment. They have broken fair housing regulations on multiple occasions. Maintenance has quit, been fired, and lanlord resigned as well as the current general manager rick is stepping down/leaving. Corporate does not return calls. Many claims through legal aid against this complex.
