The greatest apt complex I've lived in. Diane the building manager is great and really works with you. They also have a social worker that works here. Very clean. No riff raff. Internet and computers in the study, plenty of books and television if you would rather not sit in your apartment. Large apartments (1 and 2 bedrooms) great for the elderly. They pretty much have an event scheduled for every day\evening of the week. It's a rather long waiting list with good reason. Nobody wants to move. Very understandable since there aren't many if any places This well taken care of in the area. A+ if you want to live here despite the waiting list being long put an application in. Its totally worth it when you finally get the call. Daryl is the new property manager. I like him. Goodbye Diane! Best wishes on your future endeavors!

Yes, there is a deposit for kitty's (I happen to have a cat) but they'll wave the deposit fee if you get a letter from your doctor stating they're for emotional support!
Well it depends on occupancy. I'm not certain if our how many are available right now. You could always call and ask Diane. 8-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. But it's 30 percent of whatever she gets for ssi. All utilities included. Very nice, very clean.
