I go there about every 6wks to visit my Mom. We spent Thanksgiving with her there today. The place is pretty, peaceful and quiet. Tony and the crew do an amazing job keeping the tenants safe and happy, often having community events with Covid precautions in place as needed. Even through the pandemic they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well fed, and if any urgent needs arrive they'll go out of their way to help. Although they're not an "assisted living" facility, you wouldn't know it by the way they look after my Mom's well being. The place is convenient to nearby shopping centers and just inches from the beautiful Exeter River where you can stroll or sit on benches all along a picturesque path. As we were leaving today we noticed a gorgeous Christmas tree in the lobby which was partially decorated already - somebody was working on this Thanksgiving Day to prepare the common areas for the beauty of the Christmas Season. For Public Housing it the cream of the crop!
