It’s hard to find bike shops that don’t roll their eyes when I ask them to work on my mountain tandem. Exeter Cycles does not! The shop mechanic made a point to assign my Magura hydraulic brake overhaul to his staff person who has the same brakes on his own bike. He took the time to make sure they were perfect.

Exeter Cycles has helped me out of a fix twice this Spring already despite how unbelievably busy they are. They’re friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Yesterday I was a mess worrying about an issue I couldn’t fix and an upcoming LONG ride. This morning the young man (wish I got his name) fixed my bike in a few minutes AND showed me how to do it myself next time. I was overjoyed! Exeter Cycles has so many accolades that they hardly need this one. But I am here anyway to say that I highly recommend them too.

Exeter Cycles is the best, excellent customer service! Everyone here is so nice, they're always so helpful and have great deals. I almost never leave reviews for places but I had to leave one for this store. If you're thinking about getting a bike or cycling gear this is the spot!

Wow, no wonder they have five starts. My husband and I purchased two mountain bikes there and Todd was absolutely amazing with getting us just what we needed. He was very particular with helping us pick bikes and making customizations. Prices are fair and just overall a great bike shop. Would recommend and will return.
