Terrible Doctors office , Doctor looks at you like you are crazy when you ask for a referral for anything , wanted to have my son tested to see if he was on the spectrum, nope. Need my foot looked at because of a bunion, nope . Complete jerks, asked for a different primary care , sorry we cant do that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been sent to a debt collector TWICE with /no/ letters even saying I had a balance nor any attempts to contact me about said balance especially when I was seen multiple times while I had those apparant balances (which I don’t doubt I had as I am self pay, I expect balances) Upon speaking with the collections agency they informed me that the first time I was sent they had my old mailing address which I had already updated when I moved. The second time I was sent the collections agency told me that they had my correct address. I don’t know what their billing process is like but you would /think/ that there would be an ATTEMPT to collect an overdue balance before sending someone to a collector! Save yourself the trouble of dealing with them and find another practice if you can. Absolutely unbelievable.

If I could give -100 I would. This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever gone to. They don’t value their patients or their health at all. I’ve been on the same medication for anxiety and depression for three years now. They never get back to myself or the pharmacies about refilling. I almost always end up running out because they take so long. This medicine should not be discontinued abruptly yet they allow it to occur about every three months despite my efforts to get my prescription long before I run out. I have actually gone through withdrawals because of this occurrence on several occasions. And no one gets back to me or takes care of my problems until I become belligerent. Not to mention they’re always very far behind when I have appointments.

They treat their patients like cattle, in 10+ years I have never met my primary Doctor. To make an appointment you must wait at least one day for them to get back to you. I will be switching to a doctor that has a live person to answer my questions and make appointments. I highly recommend you do so also. This center has too many patients and all they care about is getting paid.
