If you are looking for a lifelong friend this is the place. This kennel produces some of the finest shepherds in the country. I took Rocco home a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. He has brought joy into my life and the lives of all my friends.He is super smart, loyal, and gentle - not aggressive at all. Patti and Kevin are experts and love all the dogs and do honest business. They only breed the best shepherds so you never have to worry about any health or temperament problems. They kept him longer for me, trained him, and worked with me to pick him up when the weather was good and it would be safe. All the shepherds in the Kennel are gorgeous and they have a great variety so you have a lot of options for whatever type of shepherd you are looking for. Ever since I took Rocco home, I have been so impressed every day w/ how smart and loving he is to every human and dog he meets. Rocco is so much more than a dog or a pet he is our best friend and we bring him everywhere, not to mention he is quite handsome - seriously if you are looking for a Kennel this is the one!

I spent quite a bit of time researching various breeders and selected Lebenshunger German Shepherds. We actually have three dogs from them. They all have great temperament which was very important to us. Kevin and Patti were clear in their communications with us around what to expect prior to and after delivery. They have been very responsive to any follow up questions we’ve had along the way. We found Kevin and Patti have a common-sense, realistic approach/contract. Many other breeders had “over the top” unrealistic lengthy applications and contracts. We originally purchased two (brothers) from parents Max P and Bree born 9/24/20 and picked up our third (sibling) a few weeks after, whose basic training name was Lupo. Kevin made it clear to me that, with a little time to adjust to the new environment and siblings, he’ll learn his new name and he’s done just that. All three are now house trained, crate trained, know their names, sit, lay down, leash trained-no tugging or pulling, short stays, come, all ride well in the car, and most of the training we have done ourselves. We’ve also hired a trainer (to teach us) who comes to the house and with only two sessions, she was impressed. One of her comments: “You've got yourself some very nice puppies with great temperament and personalities.” She has also commented on their intelligence and complemented the breeder several times. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this breeder. They have always produced animals of the utmost quality. We have been blessed to home dogs from puppies right up through late adulthood from Kevin and Patti. The dogs are family before they even walk through our door. They are extremely well taken care of and their temperament is top notch. I have never had a worry about them around my children (both young and teens) or my other animals. I have had 4 go over the Rainbow Bridge (3 from old age and 1 from a terrible accident) and these people are always the first to reach out with love, compassion and understanding. I currently have 3 of their dogs and they are literally my best friends. I always rave about and recommend this breeder to anyone and everyone who will listen. I'm sure we will be back again soon!

I've had four German Shepherds over the years, Hugo being the fourth and all great dogs. Hugo, however, is by far the best ever. He's beautiful, handsome, extremely well-behaved, smart, loves to play with people and other dogs...he's becoming a gentle giant. Of course it helps that i am his constant companion so he'e getting the right kind attention, love and affection. But his blood is good and a great foundation for his potential. I'm in love with my puppy dog! Thank you Kevin and Patty!
