I had originally shopped around for a better auto policy and couldn’t find anything else that compares to what I was able to get with State Farm, at such a fair price. Forwarding along, I now sought them out for Home and Life as well. Their bundling discounts are excellent. Bill can provide the figures and numbers that help it all make sense. He’s fair, courteous, and personable. He never made me feel pressured to shop for more than what was within my needs or means. Very satisfied to have become a customer!

I want to start out by saying that this is the best insurance company I have dealt with. I switched to state farm in 2012 because of the amazing customer service and outstanding rates. Bill and his staff have treated my family great and treated us fair. I love the fact that I can call one agent and deal with all my questions under one roof. The more coverage that you have through state farm the cheaper the overall rate is. Not to mention if you invest your money in an insurance company that goes under you will lose everything. Why not deal with an insurance agency that is one of the most successful and best rated in the nation? Responding to previous low scores: These comments are completely unwarranted and to be honest if you are that critical I'm sure that you are not an easy customer to deal with either. It's amazing how someone can look at an agent getting to know you and preparing your family for the future as a pressuring salesman. We are all adults here if you have a problem with meeting an agent than do not go or if you do not want anymore coverage say, "no thank you". The issue today is that a lot of people look at insurance as paying money for something that they may not ever use. I even used to think that, but let me assure you that insurance is peace of mind. Knowing that my family will be taken care of in case of an accident whether it is a car accident, house fire, sudden death, disability etc. As for change in staff. I know at least two or three people out of the five or so that have been there since I became a customer; I call and say my first name and they immediately know who I am. Changing staff is a never ending cycle, anyone in business understands this. Did you ever ask yourself maybe they went on to open their own office? Always remember that not everything is as it seems. In closing State Farm might not be for everyone but it is for my family and I am willing to drive over an hour for any meeting they want to have, even with my newborn, because that is how much this agency means to me and my family and how well they treat us.

They take the time to make sure I understand my coverage and to make sure that I have the coverage I need. We have been State Farm customers since 1992. We have had many agents during this period of time and chose to move our policies to where Bill was when he opened his own place because he was so incredible to work with, very personable and kind. My family absolutely loves working with Bill and Megaen. They are wonderful and always attend to our needs promptly, whether we call or email. We have 9 vehicles, home insurance and life insurance, state farm credit card and have also had vehicle loans with them. We have had accidents and they have walked us through the process every step of the way. They are always very kind and helpful when dealing with our teenage drivers and great at putting them at ease with setting up insurance. Whenever we stop in the office to just say hello, we are always greeted with a big smile and friendly hello and if they aren't busy we will spend a few moments just chatting about life and family.
