I've never had an eyebrow experience like I did here! I've had several mani/ pedis, gel polish and tooth whitening. Loved them all. However, I randomly made a brow appointment and had no idea what I was getting into. I'm obsessed with the outcomeof the tint, wax and shape. It was the perfect and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I never thought I'd have a "brow person" but I'm all in! I'll definitely be back every time I need my brows done.

I have been debating on whether or not I should write a review. In the end, obviously, I decided to write one. My husband booked a half an hour massage. For last Saturday, April 9th at 11am. When realizing this I was very skeptical and call the spa myself. I upgraded from a Swedish to deep tissue. I also stated that I was a massage therapist as well. Upon getting there, the intake was very professional. The young MT came to walk me back. Throughly went over my intake again very professional. When asked what I would like done. I explained as I too am a MT of about 15 year and having an injury to my wrist I like to have more focus work on my hands and arms, if there was time neck and shoulders but arms and hands where the areas needing work. The gentleman stated that we had 25 minutes but should have more then enough time for that. He started face down, which to me I thought interesting as he could use the table as support for my arms easier while face up. As he starts on my back, again thing, ummm not what I asked for but maybe just doing that quickly to get it done. Realizing nope this is what he is going to do. Try to suggest flipping over to use me as a counter weight to work the area easier. Trying to make a joke stating work smarter not harder. He then stated he knew again continued as he was. Worked the back area 15ish minutes, worked arms and hand holding arm in his as he was trying to work my arms for about MAYBE 5 minutes. Then ended ended on my back. Never asked if the pressure was good or anything never really checked in at all. Shot done, politely, any conversation. I guess what I would like to say, though the strong and professional start, it was very lacking. Please LISTEN to what the client is asking. Check in. Be opened to alternate plans. The experience was professional, relaxing, but frustrating and making as well. I felt as though as I was really just a number, a quantity over quality. Thank you for your time!

I love the environment and how it doesn’t smell like a typical salon. The receptionist was lovely! The nail tech could have been a little more personal but it was nice to sit in silence at times! I was pleased with the experience (express mani & pedi) but the mani results are a tad disappointing (I’m happy with my pedicure!) In my opinion, the color is light. I wish my nail tech would have used more polish for each coat. All in all, not sure that my visit was worth $80 dollars.
