Dina, Julia and Jalynn at the Freehold Mall are simply phenomenal. They make shopping at Express such a positive experience. From the moment you enter the store they welcome customer and offer assistance. The thing that sets them apart is that their offers to assist are not an empty gesture. They went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for; made suggestions when applicable and voluntarily searched other stores and online for items and sizes not carried in the store. I felt like a valued customer and I am pretty sure you will feel the same.

One of my favorite favorite stores to shop for clothes. Love it and totally totally recommend this store for whatever it is your shopping, casual, outwear, formal business look etc...they have great coupons and amazing sales.

I first want to say I love the quality of clothes at this store. Upon entering the store we witnessed a Manager & sales associate discussing a customer situation right out loud in front of us. Not even a "hello" or welcome, they continued to chat about this customer. So, we went on to shop. Grabbing some items, went into the fitting room, deciding what to purchase we headed over to checkout, my daughter was with me, she wanted to put some clothes on hold; as I was purchasing. So we get up to register, & the sales associate was just short n rude to me. Which isn't what bothered me, its how she treated my daughter. My daughter handed her the clothes & shoes & said I would like to put these on hold, (Sam-sales associate) took the clothes turned around and literally threw them behind the counter. And said next customer. Saying nothing else to us. Umm, excuse me I said don't you need a name; and how long are they on-hold ? She proceeded to answer me 24 hours. Really cannot believe how rude she was to us. I will not go back to that particular location, it seems the employees need to be reminded about customer service.
