My 2016 Kia Optima decided To go into limp mode at the most inconvenient time. (150 miles from home at 4:30 pm) I was close by your shop and managed to drive it in. Your service personnel were friendly and courteous but informed me there was nothing they could do to help me. I was told it would be a month before they could look at it and they wouldn't have a loaner available for 2 weeks. NOT a good answer. Since I bought the car there and had had the same issue before plus it was covered under KIA's extended warranty. Thanks to one of your mechanics who was standing at the service window and overheard the conversation (he could probably tell that I was a bit irritated). He offered to do a scan of the ECU to see what had happened. Consequently he found that the Knock sensor was bad. I'm not sure of the discussion that took place at that point out in the service area but long story short he replaced the sensor and the service manager came out and told me I was all set. Many thanks go to this mechanic! As a 72 year old retired equipment mechanic of 50 years I know what it means to the customers when your employees have that sort of understanding. He should be commended for his effort. The car is running great again and thanks for helping me out.

All the sales men were friendly, attentive, and answered all questions I asked. When I asked if my car had been detailed yet, John got on the phone and asked the guys to give it another look over. The sunroof had streaks when I test drove it so they took care of that unsightly detail. I am very happy with my beautiful new vehicle and plan to be a lifetime customer.

I thought I had a great experience at first. I loved my car. However, I made the mistake of trusting this dealership and I never should’ve. Ever since I brought the car home, I’ve had numerous issues that the service team refuses to fix and instead blames me. Bad tires, hole in the muffler, trunk only opens half the time. And now I can’t shift. Paying out the a$$ for a vehicle that is NOT worth it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
