I was ecstatic when I found them through a friend's referral. I was able to be seen in a month, procedures schedules and a diagnosis in 2020. My 6 mos follow up cannot happen this year because my doctor is booked solid. Scheduling told me they'd pass along a request to squeeze me in because I'm also expecting. Four business days and a weekend later I have new symptoms that have me confined to the bathroom. I followed up on the portal, phone messages, and spoke to on call and am not hearing back in a timely manner. I'm not sure what's changed. Portal message a few months back took several days for a response. Very unlike them. I hope they can figure this out because patients depend on them. Update: Received an appointment, but no one called to inform me. I called to follow up and was asked about this appointment and I informed them that I was unaware, but glad I was fit in. Nursing line does not return my calls still. Something they need to better manage.

Definitely went way downhill during the pandemic and hasn’t caught up. Took an eternity to get face time with the doctor and in the meantime his nurses regurgitated info we could find in the top google results. Probably because his specialty is not what we needed because the core issue changed; but there was zero recognition that a different doctor and team would be highly beneficial. The doctor downplayed the situation significantly and offered zero valuable advice/recommendations. We’ve switched to the team at Mercy and it’s night and day. Blood work revealed the real cause (Portland gastro didn’t even test for this), critical recommendations were provided on lifestyle changes and life saving immunizations etc. I’m disgusted.

I have dealt with Dr. Mil several times, and he has been excellent. The issue here is the front office/admin function. They don't return calls, they are pretty much totally unresponsive. I have no idea why they are this way. Reading through the reviews it seems like this is the standard problem. I have called several times...I did get a call back and the person told me she was just waiting on prep info from the nurse and would call me that afternoon. That was almost 3wks ago. I have called 4 times since then, and I have sent 2 msgs through the "Patient Portal" with no response. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go. We all have enough stress and drama in our lives without adding more. As for PGC, if you're reading this...you need a new office manager, STAT.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. This is my third time dealing with this practice and never again. Dr. Kennedy has a bad attitude and she makes you feel like you're stupid for asking questions and gives the distinct impression like you're wasting her time; forget about ever scheduling an appointment, takes several times, waiting on hold for at least 30mins to speak to a live person; the list is quite long with reasons not to go with this practice.
