Came to first city after a very bad experience at key of Rochester not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Craig did his best to put us in a suv we wanted and could afford. And didn't pressure us to get into a crazy expensive car we couldn't afford like other dealers do. Test drove a bunch of suv's. And got into a low mileage lincoln.
