I popped into Springer’s in Portsmouth a couple of months ago to pick up one of my watches that had returned from being serviced. Evan helped me go through an inspection of my watch. Since the watch was as expected I took the time to pick his brain about the newly released Tudor. We spoke about the company, its current catalog and this exciting new piece. I expressed my interest in the newly released piece and asked him to call as soon as he got it in. I had to have it! Evan gave me an estimated timeline for his call. To my surprise and delight he called a couple months later with the good news, the watch was in! A few days later I popped in to check it out and make the final decision. Evan remained as approachable and personable as he had a few months prior. His pressure free approach and personality made the transaction like purchasing from a friend. Even after the transaction was completed we continued to talk about our shared passion for watches and watch collecting. Evan was a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to reach out to him for my next piece. Thanks Evan!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Springers. Owning this watch had been a long-term dream of mine and when the time came for delivery, Evan and the entire Springers' team were excited as me to make it possible. I primarily worked with Evan to procure my watch, who was exceptionally knowledgable and communicative throughout the entire process; I couldn't imagine a better jeweler to work with. When the time comes for my next purchase I will undoubtably be a return customer.

I do not have enough kind words to say about Springers Jewelers in Portsmouth. I purchased my first luxury watch w/ Springers when I was 22 back in 2012. I was blown away by the watch of course but more importantly the customer service. The “experience” of purchasing my first watch was as special as the watch itself. This was at a time where the display cases were full & had I been able to afford it at the time could have have purchased any model I wished. No waitlist. I have heard so much about how the “experience” is gone now when buying Rolex’s from ADs because the watches sell themselves. The AD could literally insult your tie all the while knowing they can say/treat you however they’d like because no matter what you will still go through with the purchase because it is indeed a Rolex. It’s sad & it really I believe hurts the brand itself. Anyways as I ramble on. I’m writing this to let you know that with springers jewelers in Portsmouth NH the experience STILL exists & the customer is treated with respect, kindness & appreciation. Shelly & Kelly helped me secure a fantastic 36 mm two tone DJ that will be in my modest collection for eternity & hopefully one day passed down to my children. Rolex would be extremely proud of how they handle themselves as an Authorized dealer. It’s because of ADs like this I havnt completely given up on my love for Rolex. First class service every time at Springers. Michelle has been professional, she listens to what you have to say and delivers. She’s someone that loves her job, so she tries very hard to make sure her customers are happy. Just started working with her on a custom ring for my wife, and she really listens to my wants. And she also help me add some watches to my collection. So I highly recommend working with her if visiting the store. She’s awesome to talk to and will help you find what you need.
