The ladys here are fantastic! They are so nice to talk to and the time flew by. I just go for a bsic crew cut, and service is always top notch A+ all around. I wish more salons were like this one. The only improvement I can think of is to have the $2 off your next visit already in your account digitally, instead of printed on the receipt. I constantly lose the receipt, so it would be nice to just have it added (and any toher coupons) to my Great Clips account. Also, a Monthly plan for a haircut would be awesome (kind of like what car washes do).. $25/mo for 1 yr, and you can go cut your hair/shampoo/shave anytime you want with an appointment via the app.

Ariel is the best. I used to go to her at the Chester location; then, she changed to the Wharton location. I followed her to Wharton, because I know I will always get a great haircut from her.

I have been coming here for over a year and I started with Ashley. The most amazing cuts and so nice. Today I met Erin. Erin was by her self today. There was at least 10 calls and 4 people 2 outside and me waiting inside for the current person to be completed. She was so polite, dressed well, and professional 11/10 for her not 5 stars its not enough. She knew what I wanted she figured out how to make it work well. I am so pleased with her personality and work. She doesn't rush you either. She makes sure your happy with your haircut. She understands what your saying. I would love to open a great clips this is the best place with pricing you are getting 150 dollar service here with the $17 dollar price. Thank you all.
