(**revision to my initial** No record of me, okay, I got my initial quote from S.A. Tia who seemed to vanish the following day.) Services rendered were fine. I had an emergency and needed service. Giving me a quote of $8,600.00 on a 17 year old car is a bit ridiculous. My Toyota suddenly became an Audi A8 overnight! I've contacted my regular ASE Master Tech to look over the car, he knows my car very well and stated the Dealer's are trying to look for anything with a speck of rust and telling consumers they need it replaced due to lack of sales. Any vehicle over 10 years old is going to have some surface rust on connectors or anything metal. I also like how they conveniently didn't provide a list of services that I denied on my receipt so I can't prove to another mechanic of the ludicrous services that they recommended. Opposite of Sunny is Shady. You guy's tried to completely rip me off. $1200 for power steering hoses? What a joke. 2nd time there and WILL NOT be back.

My husband and I had a horrible experience here. We went on a Sunday in hopes of finding the right vehicle for us. When we walked in, there were no greeters and the lights were dim. We had to go find someone just to ask to speak with a salesman. Once we were directed to someone, that individual was extremely rude and pushy. Although we stated that we were not interested in a Hybrid, this individual informed us that he had been in the business for quite some time and he knew that a Hybrid would be a good option and that we should go with that type of vehicle. While a Hybrid may have been an option, we had already stated we were not interested and we were in the market for something else. On top of that, this individual only spoke to my husband and completely ignored me in the discussion. I do not think it is professional to choose one customer over another in any sense, especially when the customers are purchasing a vehicle together. My husband and I were shown a few vehicles, but we decided to leave and go to another dealership because of the poor customer service we received.

My lease was up on my 2019 Tacoma, needed to turn in truck and I wanted to lease a new Tacoma. Because my original lease was through Ally Bank and not Toyota, I had to buy the 2019 Tacoma, register it, then go back to the dealer and trade it in for a new Tacoma lease. These awesome people at Portsmouth Toyota made this arduous process so simple and easy! I can’t say enough about these guys, they are simply the best! Jim, Dan, Matt, and Mark thank you for all of your help this week!!! 😊😊😊😊😊

Toyota of Portsmouth is a shady dealer they took my equity of 12500 dollars and put it towards a rental fee which they never explained it to me when signing the contract so my lease payment along with this rental fee my payments are over 800 a month

We continue a more rigorous cleaning to ensure a healthy environment in all departments and in our service lanes. Enhanced cleaning Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, chairs, and tables. Touchpoints including door handles and showroom vehicles are sanitized throughout the day. Plexiglass shields We gave installed shields at our service and reception counters. Our team members Face coverings are required for all team members and we request all customers wear one. If you do not have one, ask us for one and we will provide one.
