Mike Moser went above and beyond. He drove the vehicle we were interested in to our house as our daughter just had surgery (we were shopping for a van to safely transport her in a body cast). Went above and beyond!! While on vacation, our Ford Fiesta AC malfunctioned. We stopped at Portused where a super nice associate named Ralf spent 20 minutes making some adjustments to the blower and fixed it. I offered to pay but he refused. Top-Notch service!!!!

Absolutely great experience. It can be frustrating walking into a dealership as a young female, as many places just assume you know nothing about cars (I have worked in the automotive industry for years) and try to play you the whole time. This was absolutely not the case at Portsmouth Ford used car center! The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with (I worked with a few different people) and they answered all of my questions with ease. I will be a customer for life. I worked with Rick and John, and they were kind, caring and made the process a breeze. The general sales manager, Jeremy, is also amazing and was more than willing to put the car on the lift so I could get under the car to see everything. Being a female in the automotive industry, I cannot say enough good things about this company! You will not be disappointed.

Service Center Review I bought my Ford vehicle from this dealer and had a very positive experience with their sales department. Unfortunately, their service department did not match that experience. I brought my vehicle in to their service department no less than three times over the course of a year and a half or so for the same issue, sunroof drains that do not function properly and pour water into the cab. (Note: Every visit required an all day drop off which meant myself and one other person had to drive the 65 mile round trip twice, every time.) They were unable to fix the problem. After the third visit, they recommended a specialist who I visited for a diagnosis. Why this wasn't recommended after the first or second trip is beyond me. At any rate, Portsmouth Ford disagreed with that specialists' opinion. I then brought it to the next specialist they recommended who immediately found a problem that was contributing to the overall issue, but not solving the underlying problem. After a year and a half and 5+ visits, I have no solution to the problem, a disgusting interior and I am out countless hours trying to fix this. The service manager felt like they owed me nothing and was less than helpful in trying to make sure my vehicle got fixed. I would not recommend this service department.
