Dropped car off the night before for my 3:00pm appointment the following day. When we get there at around 5:30pm they still have not even started it and they close at 7:00pm. Why make an appointment if they do not even start it until 2.5 to 3 hours after scheduled appointment. We have been taking our vehicles there for years. Will never go there again. #boycottfirestone

OTR Driver 2019 Ram 3500, 41,500 miles in 4 months on OEM tires. Needed 6 tires today which is SUNDAY (only day off). They only had 4 tires in stock, but another store that was closed had 2. The Service Advisor sent an off duty employee to the closed store to get the other 2 tires I needed!! Now that's customer service! I am 1000 miles from home, and they treated me like a close neighbor and friend! EXCELLENT service and I would highly recommend them to anyone! You can't put a dollar amount on great service!
