I am filing a Bar complaint against Judge Bret Buckly, his rulings are irrational and unlawful, the evidence in my case was overwhelmingly in my favor. In future Court Hearings I won't see Judge Bret Buckly again after I file a Bar complaint. "Conflict of interest" Or maybe I will, he will continue his trend not follow the statues and law again.

I went to the court house in Thurston County. I waited for my number to be called and a young lady by the name of Allyssn helped me she was kind and since my accent was not helping find what we wanted she never let me or anyone else feel uncomfortable. It was a pleasure how she worked with me . Please let her know that she did a great job and made a difference in some one's life Good JOB ALLYSSN

I have never dealt with more rude / confused / bossy people in my life. If you use terms like "dissolution", you will confuse them. If you bring up completely valid errors on their website, they will deny it for 3 hours until they FINALLY test it and then go "oh I'll talk to IT". When you call, you will feel like you interrupted their child's recital with their shortness. There's only been two people out of the six I've spoken to who were kind and took the time to explain processes to me. I've had to redo paperwork even though THEY informed me how to do so, more times than I would like. They've even CHARGED me money so I could find out that I entered the wrong date. Going to court is hard enough, this time in WA is difficult with COVID19, but there is no excuse for people to be the front line of their email and giving conflicting, confusing, and angry emails day after day. If you can file whatever it may be outside of Thurston County, DO IT. You'll thank yourself.

I've been in the legal profession for better than twenty years. The person they have answering the phone and dealing with the public is one of the nastiest human beings I've ever dealt with. She was practically spitting at me on the phone and slammed the phone down once the call was concluded. She was not able to answer basic procedural questions, trying to hide her ignorance with being unpleasant.
