Happening this weekend at the port of Olympia?

What happened was they avoided critical time frames to repair a failing Stormwater Treatment System. Waste Action Project, representing The Olympia Based Olympians For Public Accountability, had to litigate, after MANY times trying to settle out of Court. The judge found Thousands of Violations to the clean Water act, The Environment, in Budd Inlet has been polluted and the Water isn't safe to touch. Why should people put up with this type of business? They are now under a 3 year consent decree, to fix their Stormwater Water Pollution problem. The Public should not have to put up with this type of Behavior. Please get involved in your Port, let them know you'll not put up with mis management.
