During my visit to the area I was instructed to visit here. Menu sounded delicious however, remains to be seen. Took over 1hr to prep food, was told 2 separate occasions "just 10more min". By the time it came out - we weren't hungry. Thank goodness too as 1 meal was forgotten - sauce to another was missed and the food was cold. NOT A GOOD 1ST IMPRESSION. The upside- the atmosphere was good, once you get passed the vermin outfront.

Great food, very friendly and awesome staff, always love the ambience. The only exception was that for a 7 pm dinner our last visit, the music was turned up extremely loud in every area of the whole establishment. There weren't many customers that night, this might have been why. We couldn't find an area to sit without having to shout just to converse. Otherwise, we usually love this restaurant.

Possibly the worst place I've ever been to. I've never had to leave a bad review at a restaurant and am hesitant to do so as I know the stress waitstaff go through. However, guests need to be warned before they decide to dine here. We were there almost 30 min before the server came by, even after I went to the bar to ask for service. We were very excited to get the drinks for the advertised toys, which they didn't come with because they were out. Our server, Rebecca, gave us an attitude and asked if we really wanted them, and did at least look for some. The drinks were not good at all, but they were cheap, so can't complain too much. The food was medicore at best. The melty cheese was oily, soggy, and absolutely tiny. No ketchup nor other condiments were brought with the burger. Despite ordering 3 entrees, we were only given 2 sets of silverware. There was nobody to ask for another set. We were overcharged for the group shots. When I brought it up, Rebecca gave attitude and mentioned the prices went up despite the menus not reflecting this. She agreed to change the price to reflect what the menu lists and then GRABBED A CREDIT CARD OFF THE TABLE. It wasn't even in the center or near the table edge. We planned to split the bill and she had no right to grab somebody's card off the table. I am extremely disappointed and will not return. I encourage others not to waste their time or money here. I had guests from out of town and was embarrased this is where I brought them. My guests mentioned they never had such terrible service in their life. The service is terrible, server had an attitude, the drinks and food were not good.

Ordered a burger and onion rings for pickup on Tuesday for my lunch break at 8pm. $12. Had it ordered to be “ready at 8”, got there at 8pm, 3 minute drive back to work. Opened it and the burger is really tiny, overcooked, and they didn’t put the pickles on the burger as requested. Half a pickle was put on the side, how am I supposed to put that on my burger? The onion rings were soft and squishy. All of it was cold, thankfully we have a microwave. Overall, I’m very disappointed. It looks good, but having it was not.

Yes, we are open for indoor and patio seating.
Kids are allowed in the Plymouth. I take mine and they love the food there. Many items are offered for kids such as pizza, pretzels, and chicken fingers.
Best way to find out is to go in and apply, the general manager is very nice!
