Edit: my review is for corporate, not this location. If you need to contact customer service, GOOD LUCK. The representatives first language is not English so there is a language barrier, they do not understand the reason for your call/chat. I've been waiting for a call back from the "concerned team" for a week now. We opted out of Easy Renewal for a reason but that change did not take effect & Easy Renewal still went through which made things complicated for us.

I purchased an item online to pickup at the store and this is what happened: 1) Upon arrival at the store, no signs for online pickup so I went to customer service and waited about 10 minutes and then was told I have to go to the online pick area, no sighs, remember. When I got to the online pickup no one there for about five minutes. 2) Picked up the order finally, and decided wasn't what I was looking for so returned it right there immediately. This went well or so I thought. 3) Looking for the credit to show up on my credit card but no credit after twelve days. 4) Emailed customer care, no response at all just an automated response immediately. 5) Called BJS 800 number customer service two times and waited about 15 minutes each time, call was dropped. 6) Called BJs franklin MA, spoke the someone who told me they did the credit and I have to call my Credit Card. Not good. 7) Asked to speak to a supervisor, got Cindy, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful (give her 5* out of 5). Seems BJs needs another line of approval from the store that I actually did return the item. Now I will think 100 times before ever buying something online at bjs. Poor, Poor, Poor doesn't even describe this scenario

My cousin in Franklin Mass will be visiting me in NJ for the Independence Day holiday and I was going to have him pick up a specialty item only sold in the deli at this location. I called the store with the intention of paying for my deli product in advance and went through the prompts and selected the the Deli Dept. I waited 4 minutes with the phone ringing unanswered. Then I called again opting for the member services dept and I waited 2 minutes with the phone ringing unanswered. I called a third time and just waited for someone to pick up and finally someone answered the phone. I asked them if I could place a $100 order in advance for pickup later and the girl clearly huffed as though I asked her to stand on her head and then she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I eventually hung up. The cust serv system at this location and integrity of its people as well as the management in my opinion since they are responsible for the performance of all employees is clearly poor and unacceptable. A simple question never answered and to be completely ignored and dismissed is ridiculous. It exemplifies a lazy staff and a lousy work ethic. I saved a screenshot of my call log as I described above but am unable to attach it to this review. I will keep it for whoever might like to see it for verification of my experience. I added my screenshot photo to the “Photos” of this BJ’s website. Now lets see how fast they respond in order to remove it from public view!

I went in today to get some needs half the people in the store not wearing masks, most of the shelves were stocked paper goods minimally the meat dept had no chicken and beef is twice the price it used to be. Rude people not social distancing reaching over around in front of. people stopping in the middle of the isle not being considerate in any way. Cashiers with no masks and being rude to customers you can only buy one beef chicken or pork i had 1 pack of burgers and one small steak tip they wouldnt let me buy both but they had no chicken at all they were busting the older woman in the isle next to me wouldnt let her buy two items. At what point does this end or when does rationing become normalcy?

Go somewhere else regardless. They don't have ability to do an assignment. Pretty dumb especially when you 100% need that for 2-4 tires to be mounted correctly
