Work well done and coordinated with HVAC company. Started and ended as promised. Courteous workers who explained what they were doing. Only glitch was that when boring through concrete foundation for sump pump drain, the comcast cable was damaged.

These very professional young gentleman did an outstanding job above and beyond what I had expected. The fact that they could fix my concrete slab save me 10 grand in tearing it out and doing it all over. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

We had our old concrete lifted so that it was leveled all the way around including a couple of the sidewalks. What a difference! Crew was so professional, worked so hard and our concrete looks wonderful!!!

TerraFirma did an excellent job with expert solutions. Work was clean and tidy. The crew were experienced and helpful and did an amazing job explaining the geo lock anchor system as it was installed. Communication was outstanding and warranty’s for work completed gave us much piece of mind here at our family home.

Hi John. We absolutely perform comprehensive water mitigation under homes. Please call us at 866.486.7196 to schedule your free onsite inspection and we will make sure you are taken care of.
We install EverBrace into basements but not crawl spaces. Whether your home has bowing basement walls, a deteriorating foundation, or needs reliable seismic retrofitting services, TerraFirma installs a lightweight, durable, and affordable solution with EverBrace. EverBrace is an innovative structural system that reinforces weak foundation walls, providing vertical support and additional strength for homes. You can find out more and see pictures of EverBrace at goterrafirma.com
TerraFirma performs maintenance on waterproofing systems all year. Servicing the system in the warmer months ensures you’ll be ready for those wet and rainy days before they arrive, but they can be serviced year-round and should be done at least every 12 months.
We recommend maintaining your waterproofing system annually. This will ensure your sump pumps, dehumidifiers and liners are working properly and ready to tackle the worst weather possible.
We understand that life is busy. We ask that you be onsite for a few reasons—first, this is your house, so we want to know what is worrying you, what you’ve noticed in your home and where. We also often need interior access so we can diagnose the signs we see in and around your home. Sometimes we notice symptoms that you may not have noticed like cracks over doorways or in corners that can assist us in knowing where your home is under pressure or compromised.
We understand everyone wants a ballpark price, but like a mechanic---we have to see/evaluate/inspect before we can diagnose. Our solutions are customized to your specific situation. What type of soil or slope does your structure sit on? Is your crawlspace tall or shallow? Is moisture entering from below or above the ground line? Typically, these questions (and many more) can be best assessed onsite by one of our System Design Specialists who see thousands of foundations, basements and crawl spaces each year. Our evaluations are free and no obligation.
We do not work on manufactured homes. I believe there is a contractor in Coos Bay that levels them
