You may stay if you would like, though we ask that for your safety you stay completely out of all areas of work to avoid any tripping and falling hazards.

To make sure we address all your concerns properly, please point out any problem spots you have, including what caused it, how long it has been there and what, if anything, you used to try and remove it. This information helps us determine the best way to attack each problem area.

In general, no, our technicians do not move your items out of the area. We will be happy to clean all accessible carpeting as requested. Prior to our visit, please clear the area as much as possible. Anything you can move out will speed the process getting you back onto your clean carpets sooner. Heavy items can stay in place unless you choose to move them prior to our visit. If moving something might break our technician's back, the bank or your heart, please move it to a safe place before we arrive. Please point out any unseen problems with weak or wobbly furniture to help us make sure we don't cause any unintentional damage while moving our equipment around your residence. As always, we take the utmost care and concern for your property at all times, but knowing where there may be some areas of concern help us to be all the more careful.

Adequate parking is essential. Parking as close to the front door as we can is recommended.

We love pets, but while we're visiting, their home will be a work zone. Please have your pets in an out-of-the-way place where they'll feel comfortable and safe.

Yes, vacuuming first does help get a better clean overall. A well vacuumed carpet cleans better and dries faster. Vacuum again 24 hrs after cleaning for the overall best appearance.
