I had my car inspected at Grove Street Auto Repair last year and again this year. I got a reminder text about getting the inspection, so it was super easy to just schedule a convenient time. The inspection was quick and easier than the locations where you show up and wait. They have a lot of loyal repair customers, and I can see why!

I brought my car in because my check engine light came on. They did an amazing and thorough job. They gave me an itemized list of what needs to get done with pictures and followed up with a call to go through my options with fixing my car. I was also able to get a loaner car so I could still go to work. Wonderful people to work with! My only complaint would be they are on the pricey side but totally worth it for the work they do.

Since moving to Franklin nearly a year ago, the family has been using Grove St. for our auto maintenance and repairs. We've found the people here to be very responsive, clear communicators, and straightforward in helping us to figure out how to keep our van running dependably.
