Professional service and could have charged me for a whole lot more work than they did. Great price and they diagnosed the issue better than the “local” mechanics. Identified other issues with the vehicle that they don’t even work on (rear main seal leak), so no franchise upsell. Basically let me know as a fyi, Great shop and if i need work done again i will go directly back to them

We ended up breaking down in Franklin MA coming in for a softball tournament from Albany, NY. Simon was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He was near closing but instead of turning us away he brought my daughter and I to our hotel because we had no ride. Midas technicians were able to look at my car first thing the next morning and it was fixed and ready to go by noon. The customer service was top notch and my car runs great! Thank you so much.

My service light went on warning me that I needed air in my back tire as I was traveling route 495. Despite adding air, the tire pressure kept dropping. I stopped again in Franklin and asked the gas/store attendant for a local tire place and she referred me to Midas. Service was friendly and efficient, a large screw was removed from my tire, tire was patched and I was able to quickly and safely continue on my way.
