My experience at Vendetti Motors was great. We worked with Tommy and he was the best salesman I've ever had at a car dealership. We had called prior to going in looking for a specific car, and he let us put a deposit down on a car that would be arriving in 2-3 weeks. He was very responsive when we had questions regarding the process and the trading in of our old car. When we went to the dealership to purchase the new car, he had already done a lot of the paperwork process prior which was amazing because we only had to be there for about an hour and a half! Best car buying experience I ever had. Sales managers were friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were always available to speak with me when I called. Shopping for a Buick Encore and I was able to test drive all the cars I was interested in. Met with financial advisor several times who thoroughly explained all financing options in detail in understandable terms.
