I can’t say enough about how nice , patient and knowledgeable Toni is in the Burlington location. I’ve been there so many times and no one has helped me to the level of her expertise. She helped me out with my skin care as well as my 2 daughters (11 year old and 14 year old ) she was so patient with my little one because she asks so many questions and gets overwhelmed very quickly but Toni took her time and explained everything to her. I am very happy with the products she recommended and me and my girls have already seen a change in our skin to the better in such a shot time. I highly recommend Toni. She will listen to your concerns and get you the results you need.

I came to this Sephora to do a return on some items that were not great on my skin. The person doing my return left an item off my return and despite my asking if she could correct it so I wouldn't have to keep track of two cards due to her error, she and the store manager insisted on issuing me two cards. When I mentioned to my husband on the way out I would just voice my experience in an online review, the store manager tried to apologize by saying it would have taken 20 minutes to get the credit onto one card. Apparently it's not worth 20 minutes of their time to keep a repeat customer happy and make it easier for me to actually use the store credit (which, for anyone who doesn't know, cannot be used online and cannot be used to buy a gift card that can be used online). I'm stuck trying to find room for two cards in my tiny phone wallet due to cashier error, and since I don't live anywhere near a Sephora, they're going to be annoying me for a very long time. Also the store looks like a bomb went off in the back half. It's missing flooring and is filthy.
