The lady working at the pickup/exchange table was extremely rude to me and another customer that was waiting behind me. She did not greet either one of us and acted very annoyed that she had to do her job. Great store besides that, crazy how one bad employee makes a store go from 5 stars to 1.

I went a few days ago, February 23rd, specifically to purchase 2 items at the Burlington location. Both were supposed to be in stock according to the website. One, zero water replacement filters were o/s. I asked an employee and she said there was a display in the back. I went to search and still did not locate this item so i returned to the same person. She grudging walked me to the display, but there were no filters. My issue is the accuracy of the website and the lack of courteous customer service when i was at the store. The store is in the middle of a renovation and the shopping experience is a mess. Go to another location or order on line until the construction is finished.

This place is the same as all other Bed Baths & Beyond. My only issues is that I think they are under staffed. There have been several times when I find it hard to find someone to help me out, but that's because they are already helping someone else out. I think if they get a few more people they will be just fine.
