As an owner of an escape room who has played 280 games now, I can confirm that this place is fantastic! The designers here really know what they are doing and we were thoroughly impressed by all aspects of our experience. We played both the sanctuary and the lion’s den, and found the production value to be high. From the set design to the puzzle flow to the customer service, we loved it all. Belinda was a great game master and we will certainly be back to try the other games. I strongly recommend this escape room!

First of all, everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. We needed to change the time of our room, and they did it without a second thought. Colby was an excellent “eye in the sky”, giving us excellent clues while keeping it spoiler free. And the room looked amazing! We love escape rooms, and I’m so excited to have found Escape Room Concord — we will definitely be back to attempt more of their rooms!

We had a blast at this escape room! The staff was friendly, facility was very clean, and the room was beautifully decorated. It was just the right amount of challenging for my family of 5. My husband and three children ages 17,12, and 11 made it out of 'The Sanctuary' with three minutes to spare. The kids loved the photo session at the end, and it is a great keepsake! We are so happy to have found something we can all truly enjoy doing together, can't wait to try another room!

Hey there. I went with 7 others and we did the Enigma room. It was a great time. The staff were very cool to talk to and all of us had a lot of fun. A couple things in the room we're terrific though, but overall it was really fun and I would very much recommend this room as the problems were just from frequent use.
