Bulb light went out on back tail light. I called the dealership and was able to get a new bulb installed the same day. Customer service was great and bulb was installed promptly.

If 1,000 stars were an option, I’d give that. Emma, my saleswoman, was absolutely delightful to deal with. We made a deal on an inbound Outback over the phone for my parents. The entire transaction from start to finish was stress-free. Emma was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for them at the right price. What really stuck out to me though is how Emma and the staff went out of their way to make my family feel safe upon pick up. With society’s slow transition from pandemic to endemic, many of us are still figuring out how to navigate. Sensing our nervousness, Emma wiped down the vehicle for my parents and the Finance Director even did some of the initial paperwork outside to limit the time spent inside the building. Seemingly little things like that make a big difference. My parents are absolutely in love with their new Outback. Thank you to Emma and the Capital City team for all your help!

I dread car shopping, like the rest of us with all the haggling and waiting, etc. I was given a whole new experience. From Bri from sales (kind, patient, caring and extremely helpful ) , Jamie & Al from finance to all the guys in service department and my favorite technician Austin they go above and beyond. Too the lovely lady whom assisted my granddaughter and amused her while waiting in there fully stocked with complimentary beverages and snack’s.

I had a very good experience. Saw a car for sale online, emailed a request and got a response quick. Called and set up a time to test drive it. My salesperson was Zakk Laplant. He was very knowledgeable and very down to earth. He was very easy to talk to and just a really good person. He didn't try to push me into something different but explained the differences in car models. If your looking for a good dealership that is not pushy, give them a try. And I bought the car because they weren't pushy.

Thank you for reaching out. We have implemented several health and safety features to keep our customers and employees safe. We have plastic dividers up in our service and sales departments, everyone is required to wear a face mask, we maintain distance and have hand sanitizer readily available. For our service department, we use shifter and steering wheel covers and gloves when a technician is inside your vehicle. We also sanitize high touch surface areas and chairs in the waiting room. During the warmer months, we have also set up outside seating while you wait for your vehicle. We continue to provide a safe, and still enjoyable, customer experience. We hope to see you soon when you are comfortable visiting. We will be there to welcome you, safely!
For now that is your best bet but for the future many customers will get a basic key (no buttons/chip just the key part) and duct tape it behind the license plate or somewhere hidden. DO NOT use those magnetic key boxes unless you find a spot and epoxy it to the car. But it might save you some time/money in the future.
