One register open with a customer giving the cashier a hard time, but the cashier and manager were very impatient with them and no other employees cared enough to open another register which built up a long line.

The front end guy was being so extremely pushy. I had asked about a product and he insisted I go from a less expensive product to a product 4x as much. Then when I told him I’m mainly looking for prices as I just got my first house and looking to see what’s best he kept following me around the store trying to sell me on top of the line products. I felt very pressured and wicked uncomfortable in the store

It's a cute little branch conveniently located in the Concord Heights Area, right next to the Post Office. Their staff us friendly and helpful, items are easy to find because it is well organized. Home Depot type inventory but with a small town feel.

Our Covid safety practices include mandatory face masks in all locations at all times. We also have required staff to routinely sanitize all areas of the store especially heavily touched areas such as carts and credit card machines and you'll notice each of our cashiers are behind plexiglass walls for added safety. We have added services such curbside pickup to allow for minimal to no contact order receiving and have allowed our stores to set restrictions on maximum occupancy based on state recommendations and store size.
