I have been in here quite a bit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and brightly lit. Doesn't feel sketchy like most of the other stores of this nature. The more riské items are towards the back of the store to allow more timid individuals to feel comfortable. They will get you just about anything you ask for even if they don't carry it normally. Highly recommended.
