Traveled 2 1/2 hours to the dealership to purchase a Side by side and overall the customer service in general was only subpar however dealing with all of the ongoing issues that we had after purchase were even worse. A year later we decided to sell our machine which meant that we would get a credit on our extended warranty. We were reassured on July 15 that a check would be cut to us. By July 26 I had not received the check so I called to confirm and was advised that it was because somebody was on vacation however it would be cut that day. I called again on August 2 since still had no check and again reassured that the check did go out on the 26th . Today is August 5 and today I received a check in my mail dated August 2 and postmarked August 3. Lying to your customers is probably one of the poorest customer serviced situations. We do not recommend nor we will do business with Freedom Cycle ever again.

This place is huge and I was able to find some gear for my 7year old that she actually likes. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Especially the girl that works over near the helmets/apparel.

Went to get my children a little dirt bike. Never been to this establishment before and was so pleased with the variety of toys for all ages and skill levels. They went above and beyond what I ever expected and the salesman was the best ever. Garrison thanks so much and my children thank you. I will definitely be returning for more toys in the near future!

Recently bought a KTM 890 Duke r and could not be happier with the customer service given to me by the entire staff at Freedom Cycle. Everyone was friendly, happy to answer my questions, and even happier just to chat about motorcycles! I walked in with a trade-in and was leaving after financing WITH the new bike only a few hours later! The process was super smooth and went well. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this shop to anyone that asks.
