Jellyfish Queen
This is continuously the worst experience I've ever had with public transportation. For weeks they are always late by up to multiple hours, and when I call they say they haven't even sent someone out yet. Then why let someone schedule for that time?? Do not waste your time and use this service, get uber instead

Called for a ride to the KC game. They were late, however, that wasnβt the main issue. They said they would pick me up and my father after the game. He is very Iβll and this was one of his dying wishes to come to this amazing Kansas City MO. They refused to come get us even though they said they would and refused to give us a reason. They didnβt care they are the worst for lying and leaving me and my sick dad on the curb stranded. We had no way to call for a ride or get a ride home. Horrible horrible people.

Many drivers have regular customers that they use flat rate pricing with
Ztrip offer trips for wheel chairs. It's helpful to request advance booking.
At the terminal ( inside of the cab) but I don't think the app online takes it. You can always just try beforehand π. Hope this helps ππ
Thats up to you!
Or you can buy your own must be 2016 or newer.
Depends on distance..they can do flat rate and also by mile about 20 bucks for 8 miles
If it still active, yes you can. You would eventually have to get an Missouri CDL class A. Come down put application in and speak with someone at Z trip.
It takes about a week to get into a car but come down to the office and ask anyone who you need to talk to. You must be over 21, and have a valid, un-restricted drivers license.
Missouri or Kansas is fine! Bring your Military ID for specifics π
You can lease a vehicle from us.
depends on the driver and how long you want them to wait
We call for a service, we wait for more than two hours and they never show up , so DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE , we call back and make us wait for another hour and we ended up walking to the near gas station and get a yellow cab to get back home . They are not reliable service
Yes Paul. You are correct. You can do whatever you like with the vehicle. However you have to work hard to pay for you lease so no worry you won't have much time to use it for personal driving. Like going to, Hawaii California... Lol
*When you are a driver, not long at all if you are current on your lease .( Keep the windows number handy) FYI always check back after the " school cab crew" has turned in their vehicles for the day. Once you find a vehicle you like and drives great, keep it though ! rule of thumb....π
What do u need exactly?
to
Call the police..and file an assist charge...they don't have any right to touch you in any manor
I wouldn't if it's a busy "peak" time. SUPER unreliable during busy times.
Ztrip runs Supershuttle. They will track your flight and have driver waiting on you. You can download the Super shuttle app or call ztrip and let them know you would like to schedule a Super shuttle trip. It could save you a few buck.
Just a passenger so you might call up zTrip up to get that info.
Perhaps- i think that should be more on the parents to teach the children not to get in the car with a stranger... Or the panel van with the sign saying free candy or puppys...
Dont think so they do a background check
Yes
You would need to call dispatch and make special arrangements
1300 Lydia ave kcmo z trip I work there.
I think so...you can call and check the routes and hours
That is not so. I work at KCATA where Z trip driver's get there runs. The calls come into the dispatch and goes straight to a driver. It is the Z trip driver's responsibility to be on time. They are independent contractors.
Are you really have to do is go to Google Maps enter the first destination where you'll be picked up and the second destination where you're going and it'll tell you how many miles it is. Then you just times the number by 2 so if it is 36 miles it will be $72. It starts off at a $10 meter for the first 5 Mi is covered after the first five miles that's just $2 a mile.
Pls do not let this experience with one driver make ur opinion about all drivers and our company. most drver do their best to give great customer service. I do not know the dirver or what happen but pls also remember that we are human and we make mistakes too. Pls allow us as a company to serve u in the future. I am a drive who does the best I can for my customers
Download Ztrip application.
Yes
If you haven't received driver details yet then they haven't found a driver for your trip yet. As soon as a driver accepts your trip you will receive an automated call and most likely a call from the driver.
Teens are fine as long as they can handle payment and behavior is appropriate
David is correct also they charge wait time which is $10 for every 15 minutes
Not sure of the question.
Its $2.00 / mile so it depends om your destination. If you google maps from the terminal to your destination address, and then select "drive" it will give you a rough mileage count. Take next highest whole mile, and multiply times 2. This would give you an estimate. Different routes may vary the ending cost.
Yes
You don't "meet for a shift". You get in your cab and start working.
Do you pay for lease upfront or do you pay threw fares does lease price include insurance
10 year old felonys piss test finger printing and more. I am a driver
10 for the first 5 miles, then 2 dollars a mile. Usually however many miles it is total, multiply thy number by 2 and that's the fare. If it's 10/10. If it's the old yellowcab fare it's different. Could be pretty pricey, the cost for time is added in as well.
Download the zTrip app and you will get an estimate of your trip. No booking fee, No surge pricing and yes you can book round trip.
Not all ztrip drivers r bad.
If he is off duty and not taking fairs . he is allowed to drive . if he us taking fairs while leaving his meter in off duty mode that isnt cool . i qork for many cab companys in kc and that is how it is hear .. Basicly if he is paying the company for the car every week he can do and drive how he wants . as ling as it isnt company related . if he ia taking fairs and not running rhe meter its bad . sometimes companys let you do that for regulars for a set price . what company is it ?
