I'm not even done with my food and I'm already writing this review. The Rosa is a gem, and not a hidden one. You'll find it quickly and read all the rave reviews. Rightly so, the staff is so nice and helpful when suggesting plates. I had the ravioli with roasted garlic butter and lasagna and they were flavorful, with the right ratio of cheesiness to sauce. A+ and cheers to The Rosa. Hands down a must at Portsmouth.

Great vibe, great drinks, great food. Service is very good as well. Very close to Prescott Park, Seacoast Rep, and shopping. Like that they take reservations (convenient for out of town guests especially).

We love Rosa's. The food is always excellent and authentic. Gluten free penne pasta is undetectable from traditional. The house salad will make you ask; "How do they do this?". Atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting. Great service too. Remember if they are busy it's because they are GOOD!
