Papa Wheelies is my go to bike shop. Over the years, Josh has helped me with the purchase of 2 pedal-assist e--bikes. I bought my first bike at Papa Wheelies 25 years ago and many for the family since … I love the team there! For the first time, I had a formal bike fitting. The two hour guru fitting with Josh exceeded my expectations. Josh was thorough, knowledgeable and great to work with, even hooking up my new bike computer at the end of the session. He made small and large tweaks and suggestions for inserts to my shoes as well. I’ll ride for awhile and come back for any adjustments. 10/10 recommend. Papa's offers excellent communication, craftsmanship, and community support. Here's a recent example: The rear tire on my Giant TCX (gravel/cross) developed a pretty sever wobble while I was out riding this spring. So I brought the bike to the shop the next day and the staff, as always, was helpful diagnosing and resolving the issue quickly. I worked with Parker and he was patient, professional, and made the process a breeze. He explained the issue and gave me budget- and time-sensitive choices to choose from to proceed. We decided to replace both tires with a pair of Specialized Pathfinder Pros (42s) he had in stock. Parker described this tire as a very solid "all-road bike" tire with a smooth center, knobby sides, and excellent puncture protection. When I got the bike back, I immediately put 30 miles on them around town and felt super pleased. Now I'm excited to try these on some grittier terrain and longer rides as the season rolls on. While my bike was the shop, Parker and the team also tightened my chain and headset and replaced a cable - just another couple of tweaks that improved my riding experience when I got the bike back only a couple of days after dropping it off. I really appreciated all this attention to detail and the fast turnaround.

Hi Mark, yes, there are a couple ways to do that. We can do a traditional layaway where you pay a deposit as long as you pay it off completely and pick it up by April 1st. Also, we do offer 0% 12-month financing, which gets you the bike immediately and gives you 12 months to pay it off. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Cheers, Josh
Hello Lisa, Yes we offer bicycle rentals by the day or longer. Generally, when you get to 5 days or more there is a 25% discount over the 24 hour rate. It looked like they sold e-bikes, of course this isn't a 100% answer but it stands to reason they could probably take a look. They were super friendly and helpful, though I will tell you their phones have been very busy. I would swing by.

Hello Jerry, We don't keep adult trikes in stock because of their size, but we do sell the Schwinn Town & Country, which is a three-speed 3-wheeler with a big cargo basket behind the seat.

Hi Arthur, the women's Tarmac frameset is not available yet. It looks like Specialized projects that it will be available in January. They do have a few of the 2017 S-Works Amira framesets in stock in 44cm (they just renamed the Amira as the women's Tarmac for 2018). Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Josh
