I bought my washer and dryer almost 2 years ago and for the first time I had something wrong with my washer. Well with 4 kids, one put a triangle piece of wood inside of the washer. It got pushed down to a spot the technician had to take the whole drum and everything out to get the piece of wood out. He worked fast and thoroughly. He was on time and very friendly.

Very nice but small store. We were able to buy a washer and dryer off the floor instead of having to wait for it to be ordered. All the accessories were available to buy also. Accessories meaning power cord, hoses, and exhaust venting for the dryer. Well done sears hometown store.
