Stay away from this dealership. They steal money from customers. Here is the thing: I bought a Panamera with them in 2018 and on the same day made a pre order deposit for mission E which I was told as refundable. We had an agreement that the dealership would pay the $2500 deposit on behave of me instead of taking $2500 off of the Panamera price. Although I have a pre order contract they later refused to refund the deposit amount saying they need me to provide a bank transaction history that they know I do not have since they paid on my behave. Very unhappy experience. Be careful about what they offering, might be a trick instead of a deal.

I brought my mother here to buy a new Macan. The general manager Kevin and Ralph our sales person were fantastic to work with. They were open, honest, kind, and gave us a very solid deal. We will be returning here to purchase more vehicles.

So.... I decided I wanted a Porsche. I wanted to trade in my Mercedes. I called and talked with Ralph Gonzalez. He was up front with be about the inventory and was confident he could get me a great value on my trade in. I did my test drive. I was surprised that my Mercedes feels more luxurious. Ralph explained the major differences between Porsche and Mercedes which I wasn't familiar with. Mercedes going more for the floating on air luxury feel, while Porsche focuses more on "feeling" the road since it's a sports car. That kind of put things in perspective for me. I felt that Ralph and Doug were conseancious about the time we were spending at the dealer. Not making it rushed but clearly being aware that we were using our time and they wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Speaking about comfort. This dealer as of 12/26/2021 is going through construction. We did our deal in a temporary setup situation but me and my family were comfortable. Ralph and Doug were both apologetic about the construction, overall it did not diminish my outcome. I was focused on getting what I wanted for my trade in and Doug made that happen!! I really liked that Ralph put no pressure to me to buy a new car. He listened to me and understood my price point and there was no pressure at all. Ralph worked closely with his manager Doug Demasi. There was very little back and forth and overall I'm truly happy with my experience at Livermore Porsche. I highly recommend if you're looking for a Porsche please get in touch with Ralph. If you're lucky you're manager will be Doug and they make a great pair!

I was searching the nation for a slightly used Mercedes-Benz S550 Coupe. Low and behold, the nicest offering (county-wide) was found at Porsche Livermore. In addition to Porsches, this dealership carries only the best selection of off-brand vehicles. What's even better is their customer service and their revamped approach toward the sales process. David Dagstanyan worked with me from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to handing me the keys. That's right! No handoff from the sales guy to the finance team. No merry-go-round the dealership. No sales pressure, no vehicle warranty purchase pressure... NONE OF THAT! I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past few years, but never have been more delighted in the process than with what occurred with Porsche Livermore. While the dealership was finalizing all the paperwork and detailing the car, I was sitting, eating & watching the NFL playoffs in their lounge area. So relaxing. I highly recommend this dealership and David Dagstanyan. Don't hesitate to give them a call for your car needs. Even if it's not a Porsche.

It deepens on your credit history and score as well as the banks terms. Generally the bank would like to see around 10-20% down. Some individuals are able to put down less and some may have to put down more in order to obtain financing. I hope this helps ! Kevin Hanschke
