Jo Jo, the technician, was awesome! She checked in with me about 60 minutes before arrival per my request. I had a couple of issues (e.g., evidence of spiders in the garage) which she addressed. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had two previously scheduled appointments that were canceled by Aptive the day of the appointment.

The guy that Sprayed the house was very nice. He explained everything, I saw him spray all around the House. He wiped off all the Spider Webs, but two days later I came outside to my front yard and there was more Spider Webs than before. I'm going to have to call him back because it didn't seem to work this time. I can write in again after they spray for a second time !!

Service technicians are always on time and very professional. They take care of all our exterminating needs and clean any cobwebs from the home each time they come. Their customer service office is extremely responsive and accommodating when I need to change the schedule. Great company to work with.

Overall I can't say enough how happy I am with this company. They gave me a great deal, got rid of ants, water beetles in the garage, and spiders. They were kind, respectful, on time and let me know in a text when they would be there. I've never used a pest control company before. We dealt with all three of these pests (especially ants) for years. And my husband and I are very happy and relieved to say goodbye to all of that. Thank you Adaptive, I think we'll keep ya! 😉
