Trying to find a correct bra for me has been a struggle for the better half of my adult life, I've just threw it up to "very large sports bras" Fran was so amazing I wish that I went to her earlier! She fit me with the perfect bra and it came in strapless, and then a extremely comfortable sports bra! Zoë's in incredible! Yes the bra prices are kind of on the steep side but I didn't mind! Will be getting more bras! Ask for Fran she was incredible! Thank you so much!

I was having issues with my bras not fitting and I was fed up with not being able to wear an actual bra that fit right. (I was using bralettes and sports bras for months because none of my regular bras fit anymore) However I don’t have professional bra fitters near me, when I was visiting my Mom I was venting about how frustrated I was and how I went to VS for help and it was useless. On a whim we came to Zoe’s to see if they had someone who could help me figure my bra situation out and I’m so glad we came here! Fran was absolutely AMAZING! She was a bit busy but squeezed me in anyways. I have a lot of social anxiety and normally I would be on edge while doing something like this but Fran was just so genuinely kind and caring that it eased my mind. She paid close attention to me and what I needed, what was working and what wasn’t, tips on how to wear my bra so it’s properly supporting the girls and she answered any questions I had no matter how obvious the answer might be. I didn’t feel judged or like I was a nuisance to deal with as I often do at other stores. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Granted I'm not the most qualified to say, being an observer and not an actual customer, but this place is excellent. I've seen the level of service they provide to customers I know, their fully modern outlook with old-school service. I've been assured that they are better at this than Nordstrom, and that says a lot. Every staff member we have ever encountered has been a delight to work with. Making an appointment is recommended as they can only serve a certain number of people at once, and a true fitting session can take 45 minutes or more. But customers I know say it's all very well worth it.
