We have never sold a house before so this was a completely new experience for us. Theresa was so reassuring and explained every step of the process before we began. From beginning to end Theresa always communicated with us and was quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend Theresa to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Theresa is a wonderful realtor to work with. She is always professional and is very knowledgeable in all things real estate and beyond. Theresa promptly responded to phone calls, emails, and other questions, and was always willing to go the extra mile to help us find the perfect home for us. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and let us do things at our own pace. She was also very calm and reassuring if we encountered any problems along the way, and made an otherwise stressful situation a bit more enjoyable. We are super happy and pleased with having worked with Theresa Grant and have already recommended her to several friends and family members. She is definitely a good partner to have on your team when selling or buying a home.

According to Weatherspark: The cold season lasts for 3.5 months, from November 21 to March 5, with an average daily high temperature below 57°F. The coldest month of the year in Lake Arrowhead is December, with an average low of 28°F and high of 50°F. As a local I have to laugh because personally, to me, it's coldest in January. I've seen those temperatures dip to the low 20s, and one year the kids were walking to the school bus stop in the snow, uphill both ways, and the sled dogs were out... Okay, kidding! But seriously, as we see cycles between La Nina and El Nino we see some big differences. If you look carefully, you'll see some locals shoveling snow in shorts and flip flops. No lie. They're crazy. I'm married to one of them.
According to Weatherspark: The hot season lasts for 3.3 months, from June 12 to September 21, with an average daily high temperature above 78°F. The hottest month of the year in Lake Arrowhead is July, with an average high of 85°F and low of 57°F. As a local, it's pretty noticeable that there is usually a 15-20 degree difference between the bottom of the hill at Waterman and 40th vs Lake Arrowhead. There's nothing like seeing the temperature gauge in your car say it's 100 degrees at the bottom of the hill, and seeing it go down, down, down until you get to Lake Arrowhead and it's a steady 80 degrees with a light breeze!
Ahah! Your Google-Fu has failed you! :) There is Lake Arrowhead, TX and Lake Arrowhead, CA. Lake Arrowhead, TX is a lake that has a day use fee. Lake Arrowhead, CA is private, and for the use of homeowners in Arrowhead Woods only.
Lake Arrowhead is a privately owned lake, and only homeowners within a geographic area known as Arrowhead Woods have the rights to use Lake Arrowhead proper. If you want to walk the shoreline, swim in the lake, fish in the lake, own a dock, launch a boat on the lake, use the beach clubs, etc. then you need to own a home in Arrowhead Woods. Lake rights run with the land, and they are part of your grant deed. They can't be purchased separately.
