Absolutely terrible service. My mother and I get pedicures here every year before 4th of July. We walked in and were told it would be a few minutes. No problem, we selected our colors and sat down. Then multiple people walked in without appointments and were cared for before us. After an hour of waiting we asked how long until they would get to us. A rude response of 10 minutes until 1 chair would be available for pedicure. We decided to wait the 10 minutes to see what would happen. After 15 minutes still nothing. Another mother daugther duo walked in and were welcomed in to sit down immediately. Without an appointment. Will not be returning and highly do not recommend.

They've always been OKAY, my gel manicures never lasted as long as other nail salons I've been to but would go simply due to convenience. Tried to go today and was turned away because I didn't have a mask (DO NOT get me started on all the flaws and BS with that, especially when the mandate is lifted for that other then medical facilities and last I checked a nail salon is most definitely not that!) So I walked out/turned away. If they're requiring a mask still for some ridiculous reason they should be making them available for their patrons like any other place. Like other review you would think they would be just better overall to keep a returning local customer base....this local will never go back! Instead got right innately crestline nails and spa without any hassle!!

Tom was awesome, and did a great job on my nails. He also does amazing pedicures. I give Tom 4.5 stars, but shop 3 stars. The ladies are always unfriendly over the phone, and also to people who are not their regulars.

Went in for a Christmas inspired gel manicure. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Overall: Quick, friendly with attention to detail. The nail salon is bright, clean warm and inviting. Make an appointment in advance for fastest service.
