We had such a great experience with Mary and the staff at Enchanted! After searching all of downtown Salem for a Persephone statue, we made our way here as a last ditch hope. We didn’t realize what a hidden gem we’d found! Mary was so knowledgeable about the inventory (which is refreshing) and the staff was all so willing to help! They definitely have efficiency down and are all super friendly, wanting to help. Definitely shopping here first next visit!

Went here in the summer for some tarot readings with Julie. She was amazing. Every card she drew had a meaning and told me what was incoming and what things are going to happen next. Went again in the fall. She doesn't fail to impress me with all her psychic readings and tells. The shop is amazing and beautiful as well. Definitely a must go.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful shop. We hope to get back for a visit soon. The person helping my daughter was so wonderful and kind. The selections were excellent and they allow photos which is nice since it’s such a pretty place. Go here!

Loved this store. Probably one of my favorites next to the Coven Cottage on Essex street. Enchanted had a large variety of things available in their shop. A lot of beautiful hanging items. I also had a reading done by Julie. She was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the reading. I bought some teas and a pentagram bell. Staff was very friendly.
