Willow Grove Retirement Living is an answer to prayer! We toured this community which has a very pleasant and professional staff. The apartment for my father is perfect and he can enjoy meals in the nicely decorated dining hall. The retirement community is very pleasing to the eye. With 3 meals provided, no maintenance, activities to help make new friends...this will certainly be an enjoyable experiece for Dad. The ability to visit Dad in his apartment was important to us and Dad. Looking forward to this new experience for my father!

They do not have staff after 7pm. This is extremely dangerous and should go without saying. Do not bring your loved ones here. And don’t even write a weak response trying to justify these life-threatening policies.

Solid passive aggressive management locally, and corporate backs them up. Expect policy changes without notice disrupting daily routines of loved ones. Good heat and air, acceptable food, cable, but common areas could be cleaner. Needs more parking and someone, anyone on watch at night when residents are left alone.

My Mother has been living@ Willow Grove Retirement for over 3years. Willow Grove is a Loving Awesome Retirement home and we made a very Good choice to move my Mother their.Due to her aging we were afraid we would have to put her in a Assistant Living but we was informed of a Caretaker who was very Dependable and Caring and Reliable . Since Ms.A.Andrews has been caring for my Mother she has actually got better and Love the Care this young lady provides for her and Me and my Family is very Pleased with her service. The only problem we ever had was with a caretaker whom was very aggressive and rude to my Mother and i overheard the caretaker speakly very rude to My Mother and i informed Ms Andrews of this matter and she handled the situation immediately.I informed Ms Andrews if that caretaker was ever back in Willow Grove Caring for another resident i will move my Mother immediately due to her safety. The caretaker never knew i was in my Mother apt on 12-17-2017 and i would recommend Someone who Cares to anyone who needs Care for their Love one's their at Willow Grove.They are on site all day and night. I was very Happy that we had no concerns over the Snow storm due to Ms Andrews called me to assure me that my Mother was doing well and she will be at Willow Grove until the snow melts to make sure other caregivers are able to make it to work safely and even the Staff at Willow Grove stayed as well over night Ms Amgeline informed me of and i was able to rest knowing that they care. Please if you looking for a place for your Love one's Willow Grove Retirement is a Awesome place and the Staff is very AWESOME. And without Ms Angeline caring for my Mother she wouldnt be able to stay in her home and Everyone is Very Blessed to have a Caring LOVING Caregiver like Ms Angeline Someone Who Cares their around the clock that let us know my Mother is ok and Cared for.
