The order board is too far up to be able to choose what you want. Sometimes I might not know what I want but I am rushed through the line and looked at as if I'm suppose to already know. They need to fix that..food was cool but the salads are a rip off. 1 piece of given for double the price of a sandwich

March 14, 2022 -2:30pm Disgusted! Ordered a Cobb salad and medium fry. Started eating the fries first and noticed they were cold but continued eating them anyways. After eating a handful I realized they were just thrown in the bag with no container, looking closer I saw a straw wrapper at the bottom. Moved a few fries out of the way and saw what looked to be a bloodied napkin at the bottom of the bag. Proceeded to vomit. Found an order label stuck to the inside of the bag for an employee in a red truck at 1:06pm. Brought the bag inside and the girl at the counter apologized and offered me more fries, I’ve already completely lost my appetite. I was given 3 cards for a free sandwich from one of the leads/managers. Didn’t really know what else to do so I accepted them and left. That said I’be thrown up multiple times while writing this review. Will never be coming back to this location.

This is the best one in Raleigh. I used to live right by this Chick-fil-a a now I live near Durham. I still make the drive because they are so kind and always have a smile on their faces no matter what. I really appreciate their amazing customer service. The drive thru line always moves really fast and I always get my food quick. Been coming here for about two years and they have NEVER messed up any of my orders.

Today 12/17/21 awesome visit. Best piece of chicken ever : fresh, crusty. And a sweet lady going around offering drink refills and a quick holiday chat. The sweet tea was just right too!
