Location shorted me a medium chocolate shake, 10 spicy nuggets, and gave me completely different sauces from what was ordered, but no nuggies to dip them in. Disappointed in the customer service as well, there's no point in taking out your frustrations on customers who just want what they paid for. 1/5.

Extremely rude!! Absolutely horrendous customer service!! Incorrectly advertised meal deals. Drive through guy actually had the audacity to laugh at us when asked why they have it advertised in two separate places but don't have it to serve.

My order was mistakenly grabbed by someone else due to wrong order number being called out. When the person brought it back after starting to eat the fries, the manager insisted I take the food that had been handled by someone else. Then was snarky about me asking for the correct sauce.

I was visiting Raleigh this past weekend (5/27/22) and stopped in to grab some food the restaurant was clean, the two young ladies behind the counter was awesome and the manners were excellent. I really felt welcomed as if I lived in Raleigh. If i was to ever go back I would stop at this McDonald’s just because of how kind they was to me there & it wasn’t just because they was on the clock I could tell it was genuine.
