Bad customer service,when I asked the employee at customer service place she is young age ,she wasn't helpful and not nice with me, and rude after I asked her about the kids swim suit she pointed to me to the adults swimming suit , and never moved from her spot ,I know she was busy with her phone, she didn't get trained well ..... Then I moved down to another spot looking around , until I found it by myself nobody helped me, tried to talk to her manager about her behave, but I just walked away out side.....she doesn't deserve 1 star I would give her ZERO....

I have the means to spend (and have) ridiculous amounts on high end, exclusive brand name clothes. In the end, I have found the clothes from JC Penney to be exactly the same quality, and they fit better! It sounds strange, and I am sure people would ask why, if I could afford high end, why I would shop there. I was visiting family in a small town and my luggage was lost. A JC Penney was my only option. I was gobsmacked by the fact that the quality was exactly the same at Significantly lower prices. It goes to show you that all of our clothes are manufactured in the same place regardless of the markup because of the brand name. I do not want JC Penney to fail. They are my go to now. I continually receive compliments on all of the clothes I buy there. Please keep them in business!!!

Always nice sales. The upper floor has kids and woman's clothing. The lower floor has the men's clothing. There was a good selection here too. They even had some spring and summer stuff arriving. Very enjoyable experience.
