I went to shoes department to return shoes,the employee their , haven't seen her before she was at the middle of her age , I don't know her name, she was very RUDE 100% with me I put the bag on the table to do return, she asked me in bad tone : take off the box from the bag, so I did , again she said : open the box , I did , after I said thank you without answer.I was walking around the shoes department looking for another comfortable shoes after 15 minute's and she followed me , she told me: is this bag ( shopping bag) for you? I thought I forgot something in it ,then she asked take it away we don't collect trash from customer, but she was nice and laugh with other customers from her nationality she was very RUDE and not nice with me , I tried to talk to other employees about her but I didn't find anybody e talk, I went to the office to report her but the office was nobody in their, after that I just left home with disappointed with Macy's about the bad service which I never got it in this store before.!!!!!!!?????????

Incredible customer service. I told Emanuele what I was looking for, and he found the perfect suit immediately, in my exact size and without measuring.) I was in and out in 45 minutes.

I can't believe that Macy's is the heir to such wonderful stores like Filenes and Jordan Marsh. The women's clothing department was a mess on Saturday, and the amount of stock appallingly low. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that the shoe department personnel were most helpful and accommodating.

I haven't been to Macy's in years but my daughter found her prom dress there. They have a great selection of all different styles and colors and I was surprised the prices weren't bad either
