I can't say enough good things about Bedrooms. We purchased a mattress from them and due to manufacturing delays Russell kept on top of the them to make sure we got it in a timely fashion. He also kept us informed every step of the way. Exceptional Customer Service!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about products on the point of sale end. Build team, not very good on their end. They came out and out the bed together and have been back 3 times to correct either a build issue or a quality issue. Every time they’ve had to come out, the person they send tries to convince me that its not them or the product, and that my house is not level or that the room isn’t square. Or some other reason. I have had to call them yet again for another product quality Issue, in regards to a drawer in the boys dresser that the wood split on the bottom track. Had them here for it before and the guy told me all I have to do is “pop it back in....for $4000 I’m not “popping anything back in”....!!!! I will se if they give me a new drawer now to replace the one that has been broken for some time now that they have already been here for once...

We were looking for a good quality futon at a reasonable price and we found that and more at Bedrooms Peabody! Salesperson was very knowledgeable and accommodating (and not pushy). Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a futon or bedroom furniture!

Great store, good selection, kind and helpful employees. Only complaint was we purchased a bed in July, were told 4-6 weeks, and at 6 weeks after calling them multiple times told Headboard was on backorder. They gave me a different one in meantime which is great but It is now mid-November and despite calling every few weeks to check in, and being promised date after date, they only contacted me after I contacted the bed manufacturer to express my dissatisfaction. I just don't appreciate the run around. I wanted to go back for my sons bed but now am hesitant.
